News: 2009 has been a very challenging year for a lot of people. I personally will be glad to see the end of this year as well and am looking forward to a much bigger and better 2010. I have a lot of new and exciting things I want to strive to achieve in the coming year. My first goal will be to redesign my website and hopefully include a few new elements which I hope you will all enjoy. This may end up taking me some time to sort out but I will keep you all updated how things are progressing. I also hope to have another record milestone achieved in the gym before the year is out. I must also take a moment to thank all those who sent me birthday wishes recently. I'm still amazed myself that I have managed to survive to see my 30th Birthday. It's something that I honestly never thought I would have been capable of doing. I don't think anyone who knew me as a child growing up could have ever imagined either so it was a very special time for all of us. A few days after my actual birthday my family and a small group of my close friends got together at one of my favourite hangout places and had a great time reminiscing and celebrating. It was a very special time and I want to send a big thank you to those friends and family members who took the time to help make it such a fun night. I also need to thank all those who sent me an email or text wishing me all the best. My birthdays are always a special time for me given all I have been through but my 30th was even more special given the fact that it's such an important one. So here's to 2010. I hope everyone has a very safe and Merry Christmas and to all those travelling over this holiday period please stay safe be careful on the roads or in transit to your destinations.
